Xu Jun, female, Ph.D. Professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of History and Culture and of Sichuan University; full-time researcher in the Center for Tibetan Studies, Sichuan University, a key research base under the Ministry of Education; Visiting Scholar at Harvard-Yenching Institute, Harvard University (2001-2002, 2010); Visiting Scholar at the Mongolia & Inner Asia Studies Unit, Department of Social Anthropology, University of Cambridge (2013-2014); backup candidate for Sichuan Province’s Academic and Technical leader; Executive Director of Sichuan Center for Tibetan Studies and Sichuan Ethnic Studies Society. His research reports have been adopted by relevant governmental departments as the basis for policy making.
